Andy Mortenson bio photo

Andy Mortenson
Co-Founder, CEO & President

Andy Mortenson co-founded CSI in 2007 alongside Scott Harman, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in advanced technologies and mission-critical construction. His career spans key roles with organizations such as the United States Navy, Hughes Aircraft, and Bell Atlantic Mobile, where he developed deep technical and operational expertise.

A serial entrepreneur, Andy opened a record store in New York shortly after high school, which he later sold to enlist in the U.S. Navy. CSI is the third privately held company he has successfully founded or co-founded. Over the past 25 years, he has served in senior leadership positions ranging from Director to President.

Andy is a proud U.S. Navy veteran who served aboard the aircraft carriers USS Nimitz and USS Midway while stationed in Japan. His leadership style reflects a commitment to excellence, operational precision, and a strong sense of duty—principles that continue to drive CSI’s success today.


Josh Cotton bio photo

Josh Cotton
VP of Operations

Josh Cotton joined CSI in June 2015, bringing extensive hands-on technical expertise acquired over more than six years in the telecommunications tower industry. His progressive career path has included critical roles such as Tower Technician, Construction Foreman, Construction Manager, Operations Director, and now Vice President. Each step has enabled him to develop profound insights into operational management, technical proficiency, and strategic leadership.

Josh holds a broad range of industry certifications, including OSHA 10, Anritsu Site Master, Dragonwave, Ceragon, E-Band Communications, Bridgewave (Product and System Installer), PPC Wireless Connectors, and tower and rescue training, among many others. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business management, reflecting his commitment to ongoing professional development.

Before entering the telecom industry, Josh served honorably in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal with the 1st Battalion, 9th Marines, 2nd Marine Division, stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC. From 2006 to 2010, he rose to the role of squad leader and led a 13-man team through combat operations in Iraq's Al Anbar Province. He also took part in humanitarian relief efforts following the 2010 earthquake in Haiti.

Most recently, Josh and his wife, Sarah, happily welcomed their first child, Layla, into their family.

Josh brings the same dedication, leadership, and mission-driven mindset to CSI, stating:

"I have a passion to lead from the front and by example. It's my personal goal to support our customers by providing the quickest, most reliable, and highest-quality solutions in the telecommunications industry—no matter what."

Controller

Glenn Breher serves as the Controller of Connectivity Solutions Inc. (CSI), where he leads the company’s accounting, financial analysis, and transaction processing operations. He oversees critical functions such as month-end closings, budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation, ensuring CSI operates with accuracy, transparency, and fiscal integrity.

With more than 25 years of experience in fast-paced financial environments, Glenn has built a distinguished career with top-tier firms such as Ernst & Young, Equifax, First Data, and Verizon. His expertise spans across Fortune 500 enterprises, INC 500 innovators, and high-growth startups nationwide.

As a licensed CPA with over 15 years of experience as a Corporate Controller, Glenn is known for:

  • Strategic financial leadership
  • Robust accounting and compliance acumen
  • Audit readiness and regulatory expertise
  • Process optimization and cost-control initiatives

Leadership Through Mentorship

Glenn is admired for his collaborative and coaching-oriented leadership style. He takes pride in mentoring teams, fostering financial literacy across departments, and helping individuals grow their decision-making confidence. Director of Operations

Scott McIntire is a seasoned Director of Operations with over 20 years of leadership experience in communications, operations management, and network infrastructure. At Connectivity Solutions Inc. (CSI), Scott plays a critical role in streamlining workflows, enhancing team collaboration, and driving operational efficiency across all departments.

Veteran Leadership with a Strategic Edge

Scott brings a wealth of experience from his 21-year career in the United States Marine Corps, where he specialized in strategic communications, telecommunications, and mission-critical operations. His military background instilled in him a strong foundation in:

  • Complex system coordination
  • Crisis communication planning
  • Leadership and team development

His ability to lead under pressure, solve complex problems, and coordinate large-scale communication systems continues to define his approach to operational excellence today.
